I stayed for 1 night in a Standard Queen Room. The decor of the front office and dining area was super cute, really homey. The woman who checked us in was helpful and friendly.

Carpet needed vacuuming, sink required unplugging, and the toilet seat was loose. The humidifier made the room smell a bit musty, and closing the blinds was impossible due to its placement. Breakfast options were unclear, leaving us with only packaged muffins and cheese sticks during our stay.

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk from both the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad, perfect for sightseeing, and Rabbit Peak, which offered breathtaking views after a leisurely hike. overall, it truly enhanced my city strolls and exploration of the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great coffee maker. However, the shower faucet was difficult to adjust, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it could benefit from improved maintenance.

The breakfast experience genuinely impressed us, transforming a typical meal into a delightful buffet with options like smoked salmon. The front office had a cute, homey decor that immediately made us feel welcome. However, the lack of staff responsiveness to our concerns during our stay left us uncertain about potential issues. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit distracting, impacting our overall comfort. Overall, this place has charm, but some areas could use improvement.

the couch had some stains and could use a clean but the tv was nice and big the bathroom had great water pressure and the coffee maker worked like a charm definitely good vibes all around

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is super close to the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad and Rabbit Peak, perfect for exploring. The rooms are really spacious with great amenities. Also, the breakfast is fantastic! I highly recommend checking out the local scenery and enjoying the welcoming atmosphere here.
